TireAds provides marketplace listings, directories, lead routing, comparison tools, educational material, and links to independent retailers. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, TireAds is not the seller, installer, roadside dispatcher, carrier, lender, insurer, inspector, or payment processor for a transaction.

Buyers and providers are responsible for identity, fitment, condition, price, tax, payment, shipping, installation, licensing, insurance, warranty, and legal compliance. A profile badge describes only the verification scope TireAds actually completed and is not a transaction guarantee.

Provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and notify TireAds of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. TireAds may require email confirmation, identity or business evidence, additional review, or removal of content before publishing marketplace material.

You retain rights you hold in submitted content and grant TireAds a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and moderate that content for operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that the submission is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Do not submit false inventory, copied images presented as owned inventory, hidden defects, deceptive prices, prohibited products, spam, malware, unlawful discrimination, harassment, personal data without authority, or content that infringes another party's rights. Market-reference and affiliate records are not seller-owned live inventory unless clearly identified as such.

Product pages, fitment guides, calculators, lessons, and comparisons are research tools. Verify tire size, service description, load, wheel, vehicle placard, condition, age, repair history, installation, and manufacturer guidance with a qualified professional before use. Do not install or operate a tire that has not received the inspection appropriate to its condition and application.

TireAds is not an emergency service. Call 911 and follow local authority guidance when a vehicle or person is in immediate danger. Provider availability, response time, scope, and price must be confirmed directly.

TireAds may earn compensation when a visitor uses a clearly identified partner link or completes a qualifying purchase. Partner inventory, prices, images, shipping, rebates, reviews, fitment, and terms are controlled by the partner and can change. See the affiliate disclosure and how offers are ranked.

TireAds may review, limit, reject, suspend, or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect the marketplace, comply with law, or address risk. TireAds may preserve records needed for security, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TireAds disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, lead volume, provider response, inventory, fitment, pricing, search placement, transaction completion, or a particular business result.

To the extent permitted by law, TireAds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, vehicle damage, personal injury caused by an independent party, or losses arising from marketplace transactions. Rights that cannot legally be waived or limited remain unaffected.

TireAds may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through the contact page.
