This policy explains how TireAds collects and uses information when you browse the site, create an account, submit a listing or request, contact a seller or provider, use a partner link, or communicate with TireAds.
Information we collect
We may collect account details such as email, name, phone, profile, company, and authentication records; marketplace content such as listings, images, messages, saved items, reports, and quote requests; lead details such as tire need, vehicle, service location, timing, and contact information; and communications sent to TireAds.
When optional analytics or advertising is enabled, service providers may receive device, browser, approximate location, page, referrer, interaction, performance, and advertising information. TireAds also records limited security, request, affiliate-click, and server-log data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and marketplace functions; publish approved listings and profiles; route requests and messages; send operational email; moderate content; prevent abuse; investigate reports; measure site performance; improve navigation and merchandising; comply with legal obligations; and protect users, TireAds, and service providers.
Contact details submitted in private forms are not intentionally displayed in public listing descriptions. A lead may be forwarded to relevant sellers, installers, roadside providers, retailers, or the TireAds lead desk when the form states that purpose.
When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, and support vendors acting for TireAds; to marketplace participants when you request contact or a quote; to retail partners when you follow an affiliate link; during a business transaction; or when reasonably required for legal process, safety, security, or enforcement.
Current infrastructure may include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Microsoft Clarity. Retail partner links may include Amazon, Tire Rack, Mavis, and their affiliate-network providers. Their own policies govern information they collect on their services.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential cookies or local storage support authentication, security, and saved privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising tools remain blocked until the visitor grants the corresponding permission through TireAds privacy controls. Choices can be changed from Privacy choices.
Affiliate redirects are logged with limited placement and product context so TireAds can measure outbound interest. The partner may set its own cookies after you leave TireAds.
Retention and security
TireAds retains information for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, account administration, marketplace integrity, dispute handling, security, legal compliance, and backup cycles. Retention can differ by record type and may continue after an account closes when a legitimate need remains.
TireAds uses access controls, private data tables, server-side authorization, transport security, input validation, and other safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not place payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in listings or messages.
Your choices and rights
You may update available account information, remove saved items, change optional data preferences, or ask TireAds to access, correct, delete, or provide information associated with you. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including rights concerning certain disclosures, targeted advertising, profiling, sale or sharing, restriction, objection, portability, and appeal.
Submit a request through the contact page using the Privacy topic. TireAds may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Authorized agents should identify the person represented and provide legally sufficient authorization. TireAds will not intentionally discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children and changes
TireAds is a general marketplace and is not directed to children under 13. TireAds does not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact TireAds if you believe a child submitted information.
This policy may change as the marketplace, vendors, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate.
